The role of SRMC is to administer debt agreements introduced to it by the debt agreement facilitator Credit Counsellors Australasia.

SRMC enjoys a sound relationship with all major creditors operating within Australia and has one of the highest acceptance rates in the personal insolvency profession ensuring that clients in a distressed debt situation obtain the highest level of service and debt relief.

Clifford Mearns, the Chief Executive Officer, is a founding Member of the Debt Agreement Practitioners Association and both he and the Company enjoy ongoing and participating membership.

DAPA Professional Code of Practice and Disciplinary Rules
IPA Code of Practice

All client monies received for distribution to creditors are escrowed into a Trust Account maintained by a qualified accountant and audited by a Registered Auditor.
